Check-In

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out necessary paperwork.

Cancellation Policy

Please be considerate of your scheduled appointment time.  We require 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be changes for the fee of the reserved service.

Refund Policy

Sorry, no refunds on pre-paid services. All Spa Boom, Spa Finder and Ajara Spa gift certificates and gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Any and all unredeemed balances/credits will be payable with Ajara Spa gift certificates only.

Waxing Policy

Waxing services cannot be performed on clients using Accutane, Retin-A, Differin, Tazorac, Renova or antibiotics, these products sensitize the skin.  To help eliminate discomfort, drink 1 glass of apple juice the night prior to and one morning of the day of your treatment, ibuprofen may also help.

Spa Finder Gift Certificates and Cards

Are valid for regular priced services and packages listed on the Spa Finder Website only. They may not be used or redeemable for any other spa package unless otherwise noted in the advertised promotion. Effective July 15, 2010.
