The Beginners class: ( days and time TBA)
These classes meet once a week and are designed to meet the needs of new students or who are new to yoga. These classes build gradually, focusing on stretch and strengthen your body with ots of individual attention, while learning basic poses, breathing and relaxation techniques. Please wear loose comfortable clothing that allows the body to move and bend freely. We recommend that you do not eat a heavy meal 1 – 1 1/2 hours before class starts. Please do not wear any colognes or perfumes.
